Export hygiene before any session brief

Broken logging mid-window wastes everyone’s time. Here is the minimum we ask clients to confirm before kickoff.

We decline to invent continuity. If your session pipeline changed on day eleven of a twenty-eight-day window, the honest move is to shorten the usable range. Studios sometimes push for a full month anyway; those briefs quietly mislead.

Minimum checklist

  1. Same session definition for the entire window
  2. Event names that match the live-ops calendar spelling
  3. Time zone noted (especially for SEA launches spanning markets)
  4. Known outages listed in the intake note
