Refund & cancellation policy
When deposits and consultation fees can be refunded, rescheduled, or retained for Content Studiopath engagements.

This policy applies to paid consultations and workshops offered by Content Studiopath. It does not cover physical merchandise or software subscriptions—we do not sell those.

Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to info@content-studiopath.click within 14 days of the cancellation event or delivery dispute, with your invoice reference and studio name.
Full vs partial refunds
- Full refund: we cancel, or you cancel early enough that no analyst time has been reserved irreversibly (see table).
- Partial refund: kickoff completed and reading begun; unused later stages (e.g., unused revision pass) may be credited proportionally.
- No refund: completed briefs already delivered; Retention Drop Workshop dates that you no-showed without 48 hours’ notice.
Non-refundable items
- Completed Session Trend Briefs and memos already sent
- Third-party room hire booked at your request (if any) after you approved the booking
- Time already spent reconciling unusable exports when we warned that logging was incomplete and you asked us to proceed anyway
Process
- Email info@content-studiopath.click with “Refund” in the subject.
- We confirm eligibility within five business days.
- Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Deposits
Deposits reserve a start week. They follow the cancellation table above. Starting work early by mutual agreement converts the deposit into fees earned for the started stage.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with 5+ business days’ notice is free. Later or repeated reschedules may require a new deposit or a fee of up to 15% of the engagement value to cover analyst re-blocking.
No-shows
If your team misses a scheduled working call or workshop without 48 hours’ notice, that session is treated as delivered. We may offer one paid rebooking at half the workshop rate where capacity allows.
Work already started
Once exports are under active review, cancellation yields a partial refund only for stages not yet begun (for example, a unused second revision). Findings produced before cancellation remain licensed to you under our Terms.
