Provider and process
- Intake — you share export samples, event calendar, and the question that started the review.
- Read — we map session curves against your calendar and known soft currency sinks.
- Working call — we walk the findings with producers and live-ops in the room.
- Brief — you receive the final PDF and a short slide set for internal sharing.
Duration and delivery
Most audits close in 10–14 business days after we receive usable exports. Meetings run remotely across SEA time zones, with an optional in-person working call at our Kuala Lumpur office when schedules allow.
Preparation
Export session and retention tables for the agreed window, list major events in that period, and nominate one owner who can answer economy questions within 24 hours.
Constraints
We need consistent session logging. If your pipeline changed mid-window, we shorten the usable range rather than invent continuity.
Pricing basis
Engagements start from RM 8,500 for a single title and window. Extra markets, longer windows, or a second revision pass are quoted separately.
